My love of travel comes from where a lot of our loves come from; personal experience. My family traveled to The Smoky Mountains every year to explore the National Park and the quaint mountain top chalets scattered in the surrounding peaks. The only year we deviated from this plan was the year my Dad planned the ultimate travel itinerary: History Tour 2000. He had it all mapped out. D.C., Gettysburg, Williamsburg. Hilarity ensued, memories were made and we all still tell stories from that trip today because they never get old.
Travel memories are souvenirs that last a lifetime.
Before becoming a travel advisor I planned my own travel. Like a lot of my clients, I was completely overwhelmed with all of the choices, the advice, the top 10 and Best Of’s lists. Add in well-meaning advice from friends and family and you’re no longer planning your perfect trip. You’re planning everyone else’s perfect trip. I keep you out of the research rabbit hole and plan a trip that is perfect for you and no one else.
