The Groups and Weddings Travel Package
The more the merrier! This package is made for those traveling as a group. From friends groups to corporate incentive groups, destination weddings to milestone birthdays and anniversaries, no matter the reason for your group travel you need a seamless process from the initial proposal to post travel follow up so that you can get the most from your trip.
With input from the group I create a destination proposal with the group's needs in mind. After resort selection I work to secure a room block with stable pricing and negotiate the best perks for your group.
I manage all of the travel components for every member of the group and keep the group organized with a clear travel plan. Taking the stress out of managing a large group gives everyone the opportunity to truly enjoy their trip!

What happens if my travel plans change?
Cancellation fees are both destination as well as supplier specific. I always recommend travel insurance and cancel for any reason protection is highly recommended for all of the what if’s we face. I will present to you a variety of options to ensure your investment is protected before you travel.
HOW CAN I REACH YOU AFTER HOURS?
I always provide my personal phone number to clients for urgent, in destination needs. If you are still in the planning or pre-travel portion I can be reached by email or by scheduling a call using my scheduling link.
CAN I USE POINTS TO BOOK MY FLIGHT?
Yes! You can use your points to book flights outside of any of my travel packages. If you want flight management services, we can add that feature on a la carte.
how long will it take to make my itinerary?
Typical turnaround for an initial concept for a Travel Simply Package is 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days for an initial concept for a Travel Concierge Package. This can be amended for more emergent or urgent travel needs. Groups and Destination Weddings have their own unique timeline dependent upon the negotiations with the resort that I oversee on your behalf. We always begin the collaboration with a consultation for destination selection and continue to build from there.
