To kick off the planning process, I’ll send you my inquiry form. This form allows me to gain a little bit of insight into the type of vacation that you have in mind. After I receive your form we will schedule an intake design call to dive into more details about your trip! I don’t just ask questions that tell me where you want to travel, I ask questions that tell me how you want to travel. These conversations are what allow me to create something truly unique to you.

Our design call further explores how you like to travel and what some of your must-haves are for your trip. This can look really different from client to client and trip to trip depending on who you are traveling with as well as the destination you are wanting to discover. I will ask a lot of questions. Questions you probably haven’t thought of yourself when planning your own travel. The travel I design for you takes into consideration all of your travel wants and needs and truly aims to check off every item on that list.

Finalize the Details
Pop the champagne! You loved the proposal and you’re ready to book. While the majority of the planning is complete, I will stay in touch along the way in the months and weeks leading up to travel to suggest additional experiences and add any finishing touches we might have thought of along the way.
